Options window - Configure System Mechanic settings

To access:

Click Options from the menu bar on top of the application.

What it does:

The Options window allows you to tailor settings for various System Mechanic features.

Jump to descriptions of each tab:

• SafetyNet. Set the types of System Mechanic actions you want to be able to revert in SafetyNet.

• ActiveCare. Designate the receipt of ActiveCare reports. (More on ActiveCare.)

• Dashboard. Control the display of Repair confirmation prompts and hidden problems.

• General. Control the display of program tips and set the Internet configuration.

Buttons on the window:

• Click Save to save and apply your changes and close the window. If you close the window without clicking Save, any changes you made will not apply.

• Click Cancel to disregard any changes made and close the window.

• Click Help to open this Help system.
